Running like piss after mods...

Also, what is the map sensor? Where is that?

No 2 is the connector . Look at hose No 3

Oh yea... All hooked up. Even went as far as to make the lines have the least sharp bend as possible in the thought that it may be getting pinched

Hmm I hope your right!... Only other thing is I changed the coolant at the same time... Also... All the oil from my oil cooler was removed so my bike idled for a short period of time about a half a quart low on oil...

What usually gas fouls the plugs is the map sensor . Especially immediately after mods of the nature you made.

Now, what if you have corrected the map sensor hose and have a couple of the spark plug coil caps switched after changing the plugs? Have you checked ?

Spark plug coil caps switched? I made sure the corresponding spark plug boot went back to the same cylinder along with the wires if that's what you mean

I don't know why I said that in my previous post... I am using a phone so it's difficult...plus i thought someone asked??

tomorrow i'm headed up to a guy that owns a dyno and is pretty involved with hayabusas, he has no clue what may be going on when i talk to him... i hope things go well tomorrow, also, my two middle cylinders compression test was at 180PSI and my two outers where at 185PSI... that was cold... when the bike was warm (not hot to the touch) the one cylinder i did test was around 200PSI if i remember correctly.....

best advice i can give you is to systematically put everything back to standard until you find the culprit. Although i do think petricks ecu editor will help especially as it has am afr indicator on it. Will help find the problem by doing the above.

the bike had some bad fuel.... (no water seen) smelled like gas... a hint of kerosene, and smoked like diesel...... Ive never had that happen before, I'll remember this for the future, and lets all remember to recommend the next person to check that, lol ..... inbetween when i had first started it and it started running bad i had added newly pumped 93 octane gas to it.... i forgot that part, and never thought about it
