Shift delay

Fuel pump finally turned up. 7 weeks off the road since ownership and the pile of poop won’t be coming home, being sold at the dealer.

KTM taking its place.
I know I for one would be cranky if my new bike was acting like this and would do the same as you...dumping it....

Sad that this would happen to such an iconic bike but at least you still have the old trusty gen 2 in the stable with the KTM right?

Have two Gen 2’s in the stable that thankfully aren’t that much Suzuki anymore haha.

@Dai. What kind of KTM you getting? I have a Gen Super Duke R. Had some issues with cam tensioner chain causing the bike to randomly cutoff, and I have to keep it on a tender if not ridden for a few weeks. That bike is a blast to ride, absolutely love hitting the curves on it. Torque on demand is intoxicating.

Heading back to the GT, had one early last year with BST’s and a bunch of goodies, reluctantly sold it to keep my license and commuting in traffic was terrible, living 160kms or 99 miles from work means no traffic.

Nothing like a sour taste of bad experiences. Reminds me of the 2000 Oldsmobile Alero I owned. Piece. Of. Junk.... Just to be nice about it.
