slow down..

Set a real example and start acting responsibly. If your "boys" keep going down, perhaps you need to look at what their riding role model is.

Sell your bike to a deserving member of the org at half price?

That would keep you from speeding and make a fellow member very very happy.

No Joke!!

This works.
I sold my last Busa in Sept. because I rode it too agressively.

I had tears in my eyes when it left my yard.

Finally, I couldn't take it any longer and bought another Busa a month ago.

I will not make the same mistake.

104 in a 65, Lost my license for a year... IN NC.

Seems to have changed my outlook on a few things. I still have my Busa and am looking forward to getting my license back and riding more responcibly.

Even at 51, it's hard not to use the power sometimes. I passed a young bloke on an R6 yesterday. Next thing I know he was passing me like a bullet, doing 130mph at least. Had to resist the urge to put him in his place.

But, and this is the point, I did resist it!

Everyone out there who knows bikes knows I ride the fastest thing on 2 wheels. That's good enough for me.

Be thankful he his loosing his leg and not his life.

If he is your "boy" and him loosing a leg doesn't teach you then the next step would be for you or your "boy" to loose a life. It is sad to say this.

And it is sad to say this - Some people just do not belong a a bike.
And everyone knows if the above statement applies to them or not.

+1, At 45, it is easier to resist temptation, than it was at 20 something, hmmm, I think insurance rates reflect this:whistle:
