Yea I'd love to see a legit 1441 or larger built motor with boost. Use a Maxx ecu as well and see what it really can doWelcome,
Let you be the first in North America to do this to a Gen 3......
Would be awesome.....

Everybody would be curious about that. Not sure how many would actually be willing to ride it in anger. You'd need four tetryl boosters, lug and fragmentation coils, and four safety pin pull rings. Oh wait, my bad, those are hand grenade parts.Yea I'd love to see a legit 1441 or larger built motor with boost. Use a Maxx ecu as well and see what it really can do
Im fairly sure a spacer would not be needed with the added displacement. There are boost pistons available too. There are options once you start "BUILDING" a motor.Everybody would be curious about that. Not sure how many would actually be willing to ride it in anger. This is at the crank or at the wheel, I have been watching most of the videos and everything shows as bhp. That being said I'm planning on building the internals and want to aim around 400 at the wheel as a minimum trying to see what it can do opened up on 9/10ths and 1/2 mile runs. Maybe I'm just crazy? They claim 360+ HP on their kit.
Been eyeballing this kit and debating between a TTS Supercharger or doing a turbo build on my gen 3 what's the actual power limit if you build the motor. Aiming for well over 235mph just for instance.

I built supercharger kit for the street. As much as I love going fast and dragracing. If you run it on E85 with say a 1500cc ish motor I can see 450 plus whp but you would need all that to go 230+mph. It takes a lot of power at these speeds. My Superbusa can hit 205 on a standing 1/2 mile in 14 seconds. but is all butt maxxed at 218 and that takes another 1/4mile to get to 218mph. As many have pointed out the bike could be made slipperier taking off the mirrors, number plate etc. If it took my fancy I could build a big motor and go for it but I don't have the time at the moment. The Turbo's are king for top speed and drag. But I believe the drivability of my supercharger kit makes it the king for the street. Every journalist has just loved it.This is at the crank or at the wheel, I have been watching most of the videos and everything shows as bhp. It makes sense I was thinking a basic motor build pistons rods studs etc... So brocks exhaust didn't really withstand the heat, whats the exhaust choice for the gen 3 Akra? Which Brocks pipe didn't withstand the heat ? The Akrapovic is stainless for Busa , v good tunable exhaust .It makes sense I was thinking a basic motor build pistons rods studs etc... So brocks exhaust didn't really withstand the heat, whats the exhaust choice for the gen 3 Akra? Stainelsss/TI?
Not sure which one but it cracked on one of the headers on one of the videos. Can TI handle the heat or is stainless the only option with the super charger.Which Brocks pipe didn't withstand the heat ? The Akrapovic is stainless for Busa , v good tunable exhaust .
I see some people running Brocks ti pipes on big cc builds , like 1500cc + with no troubles , but supercharged we need to hear from others .Not sure which one but it cracked on one of the headers on one of the videos. Can TI handle the heat or is stainless the only option with the super charger.
Any reason on using stainless instead of titanium. Cost savings or is super charger heat too much for the TI system? Trying to have all my eggs in a basket before I pull the trigger on this thing. The Brock stainless systems are super light and very thin. The Akrapovic is a thicker gauge and has stronger header springs. I would still like to build a pipe more suited to my superchargers. It will have sometime in the not to distant future. The Brock gave me more peak power, the Akra more midrange (not something its short off).
