The cost of gas in your neck of the woods?

As far as the US goes ,

:beerchug:if not we're definitely up there .

:lol:Filled up my car yesterday for $2.73 premium .

:poke:I think the regular was $2.53 .

:firing:Not cool .

:super: I hear by the end of the summer they will be over $3 here .

 Yay , I can't wait !

:fire:

Pretty sure Premium fuel will always be over $3.00 with our current administration *

Sounds pretty whiny.......

Premium is $7.00 a gallon here........

$3.00 a gallon sounds pretty darned good to me.....

Five to six bucks around here. I know it’s prehistoric but when I was in high school I worked at a Standard station, the kind that had a white pump with 100+ octane. All the hot rods and boats used it and we were all shocked at its high price of .39 a gallon…Cigarettes were a quarter a pack, .35 from a machine. Remember cigarette machines? The world will never be the same.

Inflation has run rampant....

Remember that in those days that was a lot of money considering what you probably made as a wage...

I recall I sure didn't make much when I first joined the military....certainly not enough to be able to afford a house and all the toys they seem to have now shortly after they join....

I believe what most people don't understand, is that it is not only about what we pay for gas.

The annual world oil revenue amounts to $4.3 Trillion per year, based on 2023 numbers. It is a major contribution to the economy, in terms of jobs, exploration, refining, distribution, technology and more. It is one of the world's most important industries as far as the economy is concerned and employs over 65 million people. The US and Canada has an abundance of natural oil and gas resources, which if explored can add to GDP, bring in additional taxes and reduce the need for debt and printing of currency. It helps with everything in the economy, from the strength of the Dollar, to inflation and all aspects of the economy.

On a different level, the US also has an abundant availability of natural resources, which are not used to our advantage. Those include steel, copper, lead, uranium, and more.

3.49/G for 92 Non Ethanol. It fluctuates weekly between 3.19 ish and 3.49. Thankfully I can get the fuel in the way to work. It’s one of the only places near me with it so why not.

It’s $2.47 per liter for 91 octane in my town, NZ.
That’s NZD$9.88 for a US gallon
Or… USD$5:79 per gallon
A bit more than you guys pay in the states.
We have a “Gold Card” for seniors over 65 and we get discounts on lots of items and services… there’s a fuel station I go to where I get 15c off per liter (60c per gallon) so that helps… also now that I’m self employed I claim fuel costs on my tax at the end of the year so that helps too.

You’ll see your gas prices fall a bit when Trump takes control of your economy, in fact I believe you’ll see your economy in general improve.

I look for gas prices to go down...but grocery prices won't go down, at least no more than a few pennies on the doller, not enough to matter.
If intrest rates fall enough, that will boost the economy.

After watching the gas prices here in the states flucuate 10-20 cents everyother day I wondered what kinds of prices my fellow Busa owners (World Wide) were paying? Here in good ole Kansas, USA the average price just went to $2.07 a gal... And that's for the cheap stuff!
Granted, old ks was complaining, but
