Something like 60% of Republicans believe Obama was not born in the US. It's amazing to watch, but there are a lot of people who just feel more comfortable with their heads up their arses. I originally felt they should just forget this guy and let him steal money from the suckers. But he will have those people thinking he is the real president and getting in the way of trying to solve the countries problems. Now I say prosecute the crap out of him and put him away for the rest of his time.

I hate these threads but this pic that redbull posted is something I seen when the votes were being counted, buddy of mine showed that when u Googled it and pull up the map it would show a bunch of blue states but if you tapped on them individually most would turn red and show trump had won the state. I know nothing of politics and until this year never heard about how the electoral college or whatever it is works and while i don't really care for either Trump or Biden i feel that whoever the people vote for should be the one that wins not the one that the college puts their votes too. Now I could have how that works completely wrong but like I said I don't really care for any of it and the way I've always looked at it is the government is the biggest crooks there is.View attachment 1630437

I've met and have had interactions with many politicians and CEOs over the years.
There are very few I'd consider great human beings-well, even decent human beings would be a better description. A few words to describe many of them would be entitled, self-serving and arrogant and it didn't matter which party or company they represented.
In my former life, I was sworn to serve whichever government was in place without question. In my heart I knew certain government parties were prone to dismantling our military and social programs but I was focused on my duty and left politics where it belonged.
Now I'm retired and see the follies of these governments and the negative impact they are having on our way of life. I watch US politics as I have a vested interest in the US with many family members living there along with having spent quite a bit of time working on various bases alongside US troops, the US is a country I hold near and dear.
I do know many democracies around the world view the American democratic system as the key-stone model....if this model is as flawed as many of you depict, the US is in VERY serious trouble. If countries around the world start to turn their back on the US, a country cannot stand on it's own in today's environment....
The Conspiracy Theorists are driving a very dangerous trend of total belief by citizens who follow each and every thing they are putting out...with all the money and tech out there, it is a simple thing for the enemies of America to design and post these videos and theories in order to further divide public opinion and views...it's a 20th century tactic which allows any and all information to be disseminated instantly right into American living rooms.

What began as another of Trump's selfish tactics has morphed into a cloud like belief among so many, only in the case of the many I think it's motivated by a love of the country and being totally invested in a certain political belief. I definitely support the love of this country, but at some point one has to wake up and accept the fact that the only road is forward, and how we cover that road right now is very important.
