The "Most" Paranormal Experience you have had.

OK, One more. My wife's mom died several years ago. One night while my wife was working her little dog became very restless and started whining. She never acted this way before and I didn't know what her problem was. She jumped up in my lap and was looking behind me. I saw her head move in an upward motion like someone was coming up behind me and she was watching them. I sure didn't want to turn around but you know you gotta see if there is something there. Well, nothing was there, I guess. I really think my motherinlaw was still hanging around and the dog could see her. Won't make me see it any other way. Call me crazy. Now if I ever get to the bash everyone will say, Oh, that's shadetree. Let's go home.

I knew a guy who hated his mother in law, and vice versa, he was painting her house after she died, and came running down the ladder, swearing she was up on the roof watching him paint. True Story, but the guy did drink a lot.

pretty much the same, over and over....the only difference was the time, sometimes we would come home 10pm or so and see all the lights on and all the doors open, and sometime it would done while we were sleeping.

never felt scary, or like i was in danger.....maybe it was because we were told it was "the old lady that lived there before us" so it felt un-threatening.

a friend of mine has a ghost or demon that they see....and is violent, they will wake up feeling a great pressure on thier body and unable to breath, and stuff like that.
Sounds like it's time to move. While I think ghosts are around, I don't think I could live in the same house with one.

WOW, paralized wakefullness can give the "Demon" illusion, but not likely if both experience the same:

"I go to sleep & use to wake up paralyzed in my sleep. But not asleep, just laying there, eyes wide open paralyzed. I couldn't breath, I couldn't speak, move anything but my eyes".

not a ghost, but i think an angel, guardian angel story maybe...

went fishing with my old man, got home.....cleaning the boat and a fuel line had burst and leaked fuel into the bilge. anyway, we are trying to start the engine and no dice, so Pops open the engine compartment. as soon as the air hits the gas fumes BOOM!

blows me off the trailer, smoke and flames are everywhere.....i grab the hose and start to put out the fire, but there is a gas and water burning everywhere.....for what seems like 10 minutes, but was actually about 45 seconds i am trying to get into the boat to get my dad....i get in the boat and dads not there.

my uncle grabs me and pulls me out of the boat, i tell him "i cant find my dad" and he answers "hes right here" and there lying on the grass is my dad....

here is the kicker:

when i ask how he got there, he tells he does not know...all he can remember is a a guy pulled him, out. he decribes him as 6 foot, medium build but muscular with a clean cut goatee ......

none of us have ever seen this guy, not that day and not since then.

can this be contagious....

there are 5 people in the home and all have had this experience?

Angels are present, that's a fact but demons are too and thats a fact.

Ghost on Margaret Henry Road. She was declared as a Witch. I have seen her several times in the fog and did not stop.

It was a mean dark night, and a damp fog filtered through the tent flap and condensed on the still wall. As the flickering firelight intermittently danced on the dampening wall, a sound emerged from the stark darkness beyond. "u want another beer?" ...had to be mind reading

Here is mine,

About 4 year ago, I had my second back surgery at 24 year old, I had to sleep in the living room of my house, I sleept there because we had a bed made up that was hard and helped me sleep better, wife sleept in our bed in the other room.

I was very depressed at the time and it just sucked, missed out on x-mas, could hardly walk, very painfull, also knowing I would have a bad back rest of life...

One night in the living room I woke up and saw my great grandma(who died 4 years earlier) come walking in from the kitchen, I was stunned, she looks at me and tells me everything will be allright, she then turns and walks away. I then start crying, I mean crying like a little kid for about 30 minutes, it was nuts. wife ran in and she could not even understand me, I was histarical

I was so close to my grandma, I could almost say she helped raise me for sure, she meant the world to me and I will swear on anything she was here. I am in the same room right now and it makes me smile yet have a tear running down my cheek for her.

Makes you really think what matters in life..

Fact? Facts are testable, what is your test to show their existance is a fact? I am not questioning your faith in their existance because I respect that, but faith is different from fact.

I have seen strange lights in the sky but thats about it.

it was not flares... it was an object and it was really large.. REALLY large..

Fife caught hell for that stupid stunt... made a lot of people mad too..

i saw the hoax ones that went up more recently, forget the date... when the guy tied flares to balloons and sent them up... dumb stunt considering the fires it could have set...

I wanna see a real zombie... :)

Go to haiti (obviously not right now)... find yourself a voodoo practicioner(a higher up priestess likely), pay them enough... and you'll see as close to a real zombie as it gets...

theory suggests they use the poison tetrodetoxin from the puffer fish..

well, and some secret herbs and spices of course....

that said, i've witnessed some weird crap in my day crawling this societies underbelly.... but nothing i consider paranormal, or out of this world....

I once lived in a house that would normally be described as odd or creepy. The only problem was we (girlfriend and I) often woke up to drawers and doors open all over the house. I continually cracked my knee on a kitchen drawer when heading to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Thought my girl might be sleep walking until we went out one day and came home to the same doors and drawers scenario. WTF?

One night I felt Louie the cat jump on the bed. Problem was he was outside. Girlfriend jumped up and freaked out - she felt it too. When she described what she thought it she felt - I was creeped out.

One night we were both awakened by someone touching our feet and squeezing them. Too freaky - we both felt it. It was so weird to find you experienced something, but then to have someone else describe that they felt the exact same thing at the same time was just wrong. We moved shortly thereafter and never experienced a thing like that again.

I've experience this before. I had no idea what was going on. Tried to scream or move even a finger......can't.

Here's another one I want to share with you all.

When I was still living with my cousin in Rockville, I've experienced two things I've never experienced before in my life.

First one happened at around 4:00am. I heard footsteps coming down the stairs but the light didn't turn on. I got out of bed to check it out and didn't see anybody in the hallway. I was the first one to leave for work every morning so I left a note on the stairs asking who it was because I didn't want to wake anybody up. When I got home that afternoon and looked at the paper, no one wrote on it. Later that night, we got a call from the Philippines and told us that my cousin's uncle died that day.

Here's another thing I can never explain. This happened about a year or so ago.
I was riding my Busa on RT-340 heading towards Frederick. I was leading. My buddy and I were going to take the exit to I-70W from RT-340. When we were near the exit, I got a little confused because it's my first time to pick up I-70 from there. There's another exit that's really close to the one leading to I-70 but I can't recall what it is. Next thing I know, the exit's right there. I pointed the bike towards the exit but the problem was, I was carrying too much speed. Next thing I know, I was in the grassy area just waiting to go down. It was wet, too. It was around 7:30am and there's a lot of moisture out there. I can't explain how it felt but it was like I had no control of the bike anymore. I was just looking towards this drop ahead of me. At that split second, my daughter came to mind. Next thing I know, there's like this force that pushed me back onto the road. I'm telling you, I don't know how I got out of there. Every time I think of what happened that day, I get goose bumps.
I don't know if it's a miracle, my guardian angel, I don't know. But let me tell you, it brought me even closer to God. I guess it really pays to ask God to keep me safe before heading out. I always do that.
What do you guys think of what happened? Like I've said, I still can't explain it.

The school that I work at is haunted. I have had to work a few overnight lock ins for the band. I have walked by the main gym and have heard multiple kids playing basketball and when I get in there and look around there is no one in there. The cleaning crew has also had similar things happen to them.

 Divine intervention right there man...no doubt... :beerchug:

Keep the experiences coming. I love this topic! I feel like I've got a story or two to share, but I just can't seem to recall anything yet...

Love reading what you guys have experienced though.

I have not have any personal experiences but I have gotten freaked out a few times by what I thought was something bad. In the picture you will see something looking in the window. This was taken one night when I was staying in my house before I actually moved in. The window is about 15 feet off the ground so I know there was no way someone could be standing out there. After what felt like forever I realized it was the reflection off my glasses.

My mom and dad live in a house that seems to have a ghost. I had been in the house with my dogs in the living room. My parents had cats at the time, but they were also with me. I heard footsteps walking across the floor upstairs. Then I heard the door creak. I thought my sister might have slept in really late, but nobody was upstairs when I went to look. Her bedroom door was open. She always kept the door closed it to keep the animals out. I went to push the door closed and it slammed shut. I got a cold chill through my whole body. I went back down stairs and kept my dogs close until someone else got home. The worst part was that I had to sleep in the connecting room that night. I have stayed in that room several times since with no strange events.

Now my mother is a different story.
We use to live in Stone Mountain,GA in the mid 70's and to this day my mom will still swear that the house was hunted. In the mornings when she would get up she would find lights downstairs turned on even though she knows they were off the night before. Pots, pans, glasses and other stuff in the cabinets would be all moved around. My dad would tell her that it must have been us kids.(my sister and myself) So one night my dad was out of town she sent us to stay over at friends houses. That way she knew no one else was in the house. After setting up late she finally decided to get ready for bed. As she was changing cloths she got that feeling like she was being watched. She turned around quickly and saw the image of a young boy fade out. She described the boy as being dressed for the Civil War era. When my dad got back in town him and one of the neighbors started looking into it. They found that a major battle was fought in the area and figured that the boy died there.
When she told one of her friends this story she told my mom that she was nuts and that there is no such things as ghost. A few days later she called my mom and told her that she will never doubt her again. She woke up that morning to find floor mats stacked in the middle of the hallway and all her pots and pans switched around.
