Man, I can do forks np. Let me know what you need... I can mail you the long 8mm allen wrench I made and an impact wrench if you need it. Sawing through a standard allen wrench is tough!

On another note; after my trailer mods and new leathers..I think I'm gonna hold off on the Brembo for now so I need to book my bike an appt with the Suzuki mothership for a new brake master.

Road America June 2&3 Mon/Tues. is a very very possible date for Charles and I. We are planning a trip there in 2014... just waiting for all clubs to post dates.
I have been to track since 9/22/13
Still plenty work to do to bike.

Thinking maybe Eureka Spring MnG thurs-sun...leave sun morning to WI for road America mon-tues?
 
Talk to Charles. June 2&3 is a solid GO. Now if we could only sign up :/

Oh yea I just remembered we will have to sign up intermediate too......
 
No sign ups until Jan 1. Sorry.

Yeah, I need you to send me that Allen wrench...and I need to send you that heated gear like I keep saying I will... Why will I need impact wrench? I guess I ought to go read your thread...They have to order your MC by VIN. Call your dealer and they will order it. I think it took them about an hour to change it. You know my old MC was not plagued by the problems that yours/Jay's had, but I DO notice that the new one seems to have zero slack and engaged a little quicker than my old one. Won't know for sure until I actually get a chance to RIDE it - BEFORE I get to the track :)

They've only POSTED the dates Chris, they haven't put them up for purchase yet. I've been successful and gotten all the dates I tried for by purchasing about 2 months out (except OCT at Barber I normally get that one about 3 months out)...
 
The bottom bolt tends to want to just spin unless you can hit it quick with an impact wrench. When you get the fork tube off the bike, compress the fork pushing the cap into a rag or something. While it is compressed spin the bottom of the fork bolt out with the impact wrench.
 
Here some dates hope you guys can make VIR April 21,22 The Monday 21 is North Course and Tuesday the 22nd is Full Course. And Roebling June 13-15th. Pm if you need signup info.

Usually the "upgrade" message means they are uploading 2014 dates to the shopping carts!
