The last was my favorite too
And you're exactly right on the student. What I didn't to was let the student back around me before he biffed it... I had let him go earlier in the day when I was on Charlie's bike and actually couldn't keep up since I was handling the 07 "with the utmost care" ... So on the 6th session (when he crashed), he followed me the entire time and I gradually upped the pace. Every time I looked back he was on my ass. I'd give him a thumbs up and keep going. I should have let him back around and followed him the rest of the time, which is where I would change what I did. It was actually after getting the CHECKERED FLAG in turn 1 that he crashed in turn 2.
This is where you learn when you start instructing, and it's great. At the end of the day, I feel I should have handled it differently due to his personality (and probably kept him from crashing), but I also know that I can't be responsible for it since I can't control his brain and right hand.. It was a great learning experience i'll take with me to Barber this weekend
My 1.5 sessions of fame! So basically all pics are from first session and turn 11 at Eagles Canyon Raceway TX.

I did a little Photochop 'play' with a high quality image I had...used the "plastic wrap" filter, which turned it into a piece of art rather than a pic....48 wide now on my office wall...looks like you could reach out and touch the wrinkles..thought it was pretty cool...
Got that baby leaned over!!....... Did she break again?!?!?!
it will make it through a session and a half...then back to acting up..same symptoms...back with mechanic...he us going to pull wire harnesses and send bazazz back to have it checked...keep fingers crossed.
You bringing mine to Barber?
Email me a good pic, and I'll think about it...
I want one of you running through the gas after spanking your azz when you passed at the white flag
Oh... and I had to go out with Keith one session to put him in his place
Jay are you going to make it to NCM next month?
Or
BARBER in October?
Will definitely be at Barber in October... NCM, not sure on that one. I'll have my trailer by then and would love to coach. I'd really love for them to have their power situation remedied, but i'm sure they won't.
Tiller;3163685 BTW - The durn track bike is getting sold ASAP after the same mechanical duplicated itself and my original 06 is going back to track duty. Sure will miss that quickshifter :)[/QUOTE said:I know where you can buy a 1000 if your selling your track bike! It would make a good one.
