+4.  IMHO, there is just too much space for just a "S".  Second preference would be no emblem at all.

If I were going to remove anything, it would be the Suzuki sticker on the front above the head light. I always thought that sticker was a bit naff.

Yeah I think me and Moosebusa are two of the very few that actually like the "S" better than the suzuki.

I like the S better myself...I think it looks classier

I am personally a fan of the SUZUKI decal on the tank. I think the S just looks dumb. There is too much tank space for something that little it looks very out of place. I would prefer nothing over the S decal. It looks okay on the gixxers but not on the Busa.

My bike is still 100% stock appearance-wise, right down to the warning stickers.

If you're sharp, you'll notice the different grips, but you'll never notice the other changes... unless you happen to be a Kawi owner on the wrong end of a little Busa vs. ZX-12/ZX-10 spat.
