Yes it is, wish I could find another 04 LE, but I know I won't find one in the shape mine was in. It only had 3200 mis. on her.

Apparently nothing she didn't even receieve a ticket they (the officer) said they would let the ins. co. deal with it. The lady trying to say I ran a red light, my light was green and she had a green arrow to turn left, I had the right of way and she turned in front of me.

Sorry to hear about your bike!! Glad you are OK!! That is the main thing!!
I had a similar experience with a car accident a few years back. Short story and lesson I learned was to add underinsured/non-insured coverage to my insurance to help with the same situation.

glad you are all right!!  So, what happens to a lady with no insurance in MO?

you can still sue her personally. try to go for her assets, house, car, stocks, retirement funds, garner her wages, etc... Even if she has nothing, keeps her from being able to come back to the "normal" world of having her earnings see the light of day. Make her work under the table for the rest of her life until she pays up to clear up whatever the settlement/judgement would be.

Seize whatever you can get from her that's a reportable asset.. even her kids if you have too. Don't know which is worst, her not having insurance or her lying about you running a light when she left turn in front of you. Sent her lying, uninsured a*s to the beheading block!
