Mike, that's awesome! I was talking to Margo about it. Glad to hear that you got it, but was amazed that you traded off the B-King. Surprising, but not shocked. :beerchug: :cheerleader:

Yea, still really surprised I did it too, loved that bike for sure, but wanted something different and I did not want a payment.

I can tell ya bud, I will be able to make it to see ya in KC on this thing, it's comfy, not as good as the bking but enough to go 400 miles that's for sure

Just needs a better seat and a throttlemiester

glad to hear you got her, congrats! shall we start a poll on how long you will have this one?

Nice pick up. Highest factory stock 1000cc bike ever on our dyno was one of these.

Trader = Traitor lol

Nice bike . I hope you enjoy BMW.org as much as you enjoyed being here .
Really gonna miss you .
Sorry you can't stay .

J/k

Enjoy it and as always be careful .
Kinda wish I was a bit shorter so I could enjoy some of these bikes but at 6'4 I just don't fit :(

Sweet. I know a lot of people don't like the looks of the s1000r but I think they look good. Very sharp, assymetrical, and rugged, a manly look.

How's it ride? Great looking bike!

Its taking some gettin used to, rode another 75 miles tonight, I have had heavy bikes my last 4
-04 busa, 07 m109r,08busa,08bking all heavy bikes, this thing flings around like a 10spd, very little effort.

no weight on wrist, shoulders feel good, but lower back can feel some pain, just gotta get used to it.

I was working on setting the suspension up tonight for comfort, just a few more adjustements,

- I am not going to lie and say its as comfortable as the bking, to me it feels like a lighter busa, good legroom

- stuff that sucks to me
stock seat
levers, to big, use to pazzo shorties

Blanca, I hear ya! That's the exact problem that I have, well...that and I weigh 350lbs. That is NOT an NFL lineman's bike!

Semi, I'm guessing that he'll have that one for a couple of years...maybe he'll trade it off somewhere around mid 2012....like...August-October 2012. He'll want something more "Road Warrior"-esque for the end of the world in December!!!

great looking bike! i wouldn't sweat the arrogance on the "beemer board". last time i checked we are all riders regardless of brand. enjoy it!
