Juli and have put our house on the market last weekend. We have spent the last two weeks finishing up unfinished projects and getting everything else done so we can get a quick sale. Thanks brother. Houses are moving here, and fast. The first two we picked were sold in less than a week after being listed. The Realtors in the area tell me that housing really has not slowed down. Now I need to find the right buyer for mine. Interest rates are at an all time low. Great time to buy if you can sell.

The house looks GREAT! Good curb appeal, the kitchen is nice, updated and clean as are the bathrooms. Y'all have done a fabulous job with the staging!
