I just got back from the hospital a little while ago visiting him. He's doing pretty good for having hit a truck head on and bending a 3/4 ton ford's frame. Broken leg, 2 broken wrists, a compression fracture in his lower back, some road rash, and he had some internal bleeding, but that was stopped the night he went in (I think I got everything). They had him on ventilator, and he was just taken off today!!!! He was semi awake when Ryan and I showed up, but was mostly asleep. But he is doing well and acknowledging questions asked to him!

I talked to the owner of the truck today and saw the truck... Having seen the damage to the truck, it is really a miracle Paul's alive.

Well this sucks... To add to their troubles of the wreck, the engine in her car blew. Apparently the chain tensioner went bad and the timing chain skipped... I was dealing with the shop (It happened while I was driving it to do some tune up work) and they said one of the valves was actually in pieces when they took off the valve cover... It needs a new engine. Thankfully they have Paul's truck that I drove to them to trade with the car... Pray for them, it's getting to be tough times even more so for them.
