We are sooooo screwed Part II

That is what the STUPID People that VOTED for OBAMA Don't Understand !!!!!! You DON'T GIVE One Man that Much Power !!!!!!! Democrat or Republican !!!

So now, me and the others that voted as I did are STUPID??

Get a grip, and quit whining. We still have to deal with your boy till Jan. 20th.

McCain's speech was very honorable. I had a sick feeling in my stomach and a feeling like this was not happening even though as I said before, I knew this would happen. Obama had a great campaign and surrounded himself with people that could market him properly. Mccain picked the wrong people to run his campaign. His ads sucked. I hope we can move on as a nation. I feel what some are saying here but it is over and done with and it is time to move forward. Being nasty is not going to help. Whether you backed Mccain or Obama, we are in one of the lowest times ever seen by our country and it is time to move forward. We as Americans have been all about "whats is in it for me" and that mentality needs to end. We got ourselves into this mess with our own greed. Time to stop blaming politicians. Hopefully things get better. Hopefully!!!!!

I'm so sick of people tellin voters of McCain to stop whining...what would have happened if he did win?? all you obama supporters would be callin us McCain supporters racists and complainin about how this government is so corrupt...its ok for us to be upset just like its ok for you to be happy about the outcome...i just cant wait to say told you so...I hope Americans can pull through though

If you really believe in McCain, please listen to him

These are difficult times for our country. And I pledge to him tonight to do all in my power to help him lead us through the many challenges we face.

I urge all Americans who supported me to join me in not just congratulating him, but offering our next president our good will and earnest effort to find ways to come together to find the necessary compromises to bridge our differences and help restore our prosperity, defend our security in a dangerous world, and leave our children and grandchildren a stronger, better country than we inherited.

Whatever our differences, we are fellow Americans.

I think one of problem Bush had was having an Executive and Legislative branches that where the opposite parties. Hopefully we can see a difference with a senate and congress that is mostly Democrat will help get something done.

I used to call myself a Republican. But neither party is truly Republican or Democrat anymore.

I agree...i feel like both walk the line between the the parties and jump over the line on certain subjects...i will support my country and hope for the best

..i just cant wait to say told you so...

So many of us could do that with the current president. It ain't worth it, though.

YOu are simply showing that you are and will be looking for all of the negative counter-productive BS you can. How about becoming part of the solution and quit perpetuating problems??

But by all means, vent and get it outta your system.

I supported Mccain 100% I respect the man and he gave a great speech and as he said this is a time to move forward as a Nation.....

If things get worse, who will the Democrats have to blame now???

Is the name calling really necessary??? I do not agree with Southside on alot of things but he is not stupid. Atleast he is respectful.

He is an IDIOT just Like Anyone Else that Voted for OBAMA. This Country is Going to HELL in a Handbaskit and Nobody Seems to CARE !!!!!!!! Well I do and I call things the Way I See it. :moon:

Americans JUST Elected a President because they Felt BAD about all the BAD Things this Country did to African Americans in the PAST. Not Because He was the BEST CANDIDATE for the JOB. Talk about Reverse Descrimination :wtf:

it makes no difference who's in the seat , the One world $$ changers control the puppet.. Why else do we bring Communist goods into our country?

That is what the STUPID People that VOTED for OBAMA Don't Understand !!!!!! You DON'T GIVE One Man that Much Power !!!!!!! Democrat or Republican !!!

First off I voted for who I felt was the best man for the job ... Democrat or Republican.

BTW ... I was once told stupidity is doing the same thing over and over again but expecting a different result. McCain would have simply continued where Bush left off.

As Fate said:
Whether you backed Mccain or Obama, we are in one of the lowest times ever seen by our country and it is time to move forward.

To move forward in a circle would be stupid. The majority of Americans realized this and took action by voting. So if you feel the majority of Americans are stupid, that's fine. I'm sure most of 'em feel the same way about you.

PS ... Bush did NOT receive the majority of the population votes in the previous election. In other words, the MAJORITY OF AMERICANS realized voting him back into office for a second term would be a mistake. Bush made it back into office via electoral votes. Obama made in into office by not only electoral votes but with the majority of the American population backing him as well.

Come on guys be open-minded. Give the man a chance. If he ain't right, then 4 years from now he can go back to where he came from.

That is what I would have done if McCain had won.

From here we can only go upwards.

I truly believe that Obama has enough integrity to not be controlled by the Pelosi's, Reid's, etc.

He is the man now so get behind him, and let's all push onward.

UHHHUMMMM Same team, same play book. They will all be mutually complementry. It will be a love fest. Won't be any control, that's what worries me.

You have to be joking right??? I decided to vote for Mccain because I spent a lot of time researching the topics. Just because someone has a different opinion than me, I personally would not call them stupid. I agree that this country is going to hell but I don't think it is race driven in any way.

You really believe the whole nation voted because they felt bad for what has happened to African Americans???

If anything I was hoping that a Black president would start to eliminate racial discrimination issues but then I read something like this. OMG!!!!

People seem to forget that just as many people didnt vote for him because of his skin color as others did. Its all a wash in my book. I bet alot of the blacks that voted for him didnt know or give a damn what his platform was, and had probably never voted in any other election. That is disturbing to me.

Okay ... I'm not calling you stupid but I am saying that statement is stupid. Jesse Jackson tried to run in both '84 & '88 and didn't make it. If your statement carried any weight at all, we would have had an African-American president 20 years ago!

Like Southside says... man-up. Let's now give him the opportunity to do what he said he would do and that's work to unite us rather than divide us.

While I don't like some of his... OK any of his ideas, I'm willing to see if he has the spine to stand up to the far left who will be on his butt starting tomorrow.

I also hope, and this is actually hard to say, that he has just used all of those azzhats he hung around as stepping stones to get to this place. Now there, I hope he has the pair to truly become a great Pres. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt..... until he proves otherwise, then I'm on him like stink on you know what.

God Bless America

Mark
