It's the price of eggs and gas that kicked your dumbass at election time. You must be the one not buying either.

You lost in EVERY category of voting outcome you could possibly lose in. Including the cost of gas and eggs.

You can count for another 4 years if you like. It won't change that fact.

I think Trump needs to focus on what faces him......and someone needs to take his internet access away so he shuts the hell up.

I know for a fact that Alberta has been toying with joining the US....they have a strong American ideology out there.

There's a small part of me that would like to see how he would handle Quebec and their complete quest to remain a distinct society with their French only laws making them a unilingual province......I know he doesn't speak French (or does he?).

That's the point of the pendulum theory. There is no neutral, the farther it swings, the farther it's going to swing the other way. The voting public is a fickle beast.

Agreed, and ironically, one of the first statements Trump made after the election, is that he might not be able to drop the price of groceries. Honest at the time, quite dishonest while campaigning. Gasoline is up a bit but much less than other goods.

"I don't think so. Look, they got them up," referring to the Biden-Harris administration. "I'd like to bring them down. It's hard to bring things down once they're up. You know, it's very hard," Trump said

Thing is, Biden/Harris was not the reason for grocery prices going up. Covid was. We were all there and saw it happen. The lies are on both sides but people only want to see what fits their point.

Whomever replaces him would not be anyone I approve of as everyone in his caucus were questionable at best...

The best case scenario would be for an election to be called and the entire party be replaced...

I've already floated the idea he move to Canada to be closer to his big strong Army man.

He has gotten very friendly with Bee from that point on. And has discussed moving to Canada since.

So let's pray together that we can convince Bee he needs a man servant!

You may want to do a global economy 101 lesson.

A good place to start will be "monetization" but it is only one factor of many. Another will be cost of energy, around 28.5% up. But again, just another factor of many. Then there is government spending. Don't forget about loading the healthcare system with immigrants who cannot pay for themselves, and how the system recovers those expenses. There are many more, but I will leave you to explore on your own.

The prices shot up right at the original backlog of supply at the beginning of COVID. When supply at the stores built back up the prices had shot up and never went back down. I rarely eat out and go through a lot of groceries.
The lesson you think you need to teach to those you feel are inferior to yourself is not the explanation for grocery prices going up.
You can try to explain to me that I didn’t watch this happen and you will be wrong.

I wonder how long it will be before any of trumps people become felons on his behalf. We'll all get through this like we always do. A lot of people at the lower end of the economic spectrum will likely suffer the most, but we gotta pay for those tax cuts for billionaires.
