Well Bee! Cheers!! Let's hope your future and country now is brighter than Turdeau is leaving it.

Here we have a thread about a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COUNTRY and in come the people who once again prove they literally can't stop thinking about Trump. 24/7 this man dreams about him. You fanatasize about him don't you. I dont even think Swifties dream about her as much as you do him.

What a pathetic way to go thru life always whining and complaining. You ARE the perfect example of why YOU and your side lost total control. You wake up unhappy looking to put your miserable existence upon others. You really need some help.
I just don't like being lied to and nobody lies as much as trump does. And it just amazes me at how many people know that they are being lied to but don't care.

Come on Bee. A little free food. A little free shelter. A little free healthcare. A little free mansplainin time................

He promises he won't talk about the size of your Army man parts.........too often.
Your orange cult guy is the one that likes to talk about mens junk size. Have you heard about Arnold Palmer in the locker room? The orange guy has, and he seems pretty fascinated with it. Enough to bring it up while in front of a crowd. LOL And you guys still support him. Maybe you all have a thing for men's junk size.

I don’t think anyone is inferior to me, but I do know just a teeny weeny bit about business. Most of us use leverage, interest rates, medical insurance for our employees are another two factors. You want more?

Write this guy a note, let him know he has no idea. Tell him it was Covid only. Tell him his graph is wrong, Covid was not just a spike with prices recovering afterwards as in his graph. Show him you are smarter.

Might want to read your links. Look at the chart on beef prices. Price stays about the same from 2024 to March of 2020 when there was a huge spike. Never really settled down after that. Thanks for proving my point.
So, I have a question for you:
Why is the cost of living in blue states so much higher than in red states? Why are we seeing an exodus of liberals from blue states moving to red states? Do some research, especially moving from NY and CA to red states, among other liberals moving from other blue states. How did San Francisco decline to where it is today?

Are liberals more prone to catching Covid, compared to Conservatives?

Or is there a better answer?

Cost of living roughly follows sought after living, as in you get what you pay for. California and the Northeast are generally considered as sought after. Do people congregate to be with like minds, nice weather or affordability? All of the above. People move to cheaper states if their finances suggest it strongly enough. You are very conservative politically so you want to make sense of everything within the parameters of politics. The truth is, people move to where they want to live, for the most part. How many times do we need to look at how close the popular vote was in this last election? It's not tied to politics or ways of governing, it's tied to people living their lives, and during covid a lot of sanctions slowed way down, causing bottle necks. Also, the prices spiked everywhere, not just in red or blue states. States that were slightly higher to begin with spiked a little more than the cheaper states, just like with gasoline. Percentage wise it's all the same.
It's not hard to see, but every chart, like the one you posted, backs me up.

I must be a weirdo then.

Lived in CA for 6 years, no way I would want to move there again. Recently visited my son in Morro Bay, where he has a $1 million plus home, and I was a bit sad to see how poorly it compares to NC. He took me to his favorite places and wine tasting in Paso Robles, showed me the nicest neighborhood he wants to move to eventually. No comparison to Pinehurst. Just got back from visiting my family in the Western Cape SA, would rather live there any day than CA. Won’t swap it for Pinehurst NC.

Had a job offer couple of years ago in NY. The money offered made my head spin, but after looking at property taxes, standard of living, it was not for me. Declined.

I guess you and I have very different ideas of “sought after”

Just about every second home we do with our business, are folks who have established themselves very well financially. They are coming here from either NY or CA, as they deem this area very sought after.

So, in short why are we seeing an exodus of liberals from “sought after” states?

You did not answer why San Francisco declined to where it is today, from what was extremely sought after, years back.

Better question is why liberals flee liberal policies...then try to implement them in the red places they move too...

Let's try to make this easier for Red.

Why are people fleeing blue states, CA and NY being the top two?

CA had almost 60% of the liberal vote, Trump only got around 38%. So it is a BLUE state.

NY she had 56% to Trump's 43%, so technically it is also a blue state.

In 2020 those two states were bluer than the sky above us and the ocean below us.

Why are we seeing an exodus of people??????

Why are very rich people leaving the two states Red considers "sought after"?

Again, if you would read your own links, if someone is concerned with cost of living, being rich isn’t going to change that. No need for quote marks, for most people, California and New York are sought after, for different reasons. You didn’t like it, fine. Most do.
By the way, the population in California has risen in the last 5 years, just like most states. Sorry to put this in such non political terms. It must bore you to death.

Population of California declined almost four years in a row from 19-23. We know why. The liberal heaviness of covid lockdowns forced millions to flee. The only year recently that Cali saw a gain was 24. And I'll tell you it is most likely due to illegals coming in.

And there I was thinking people are fleeing due to the policies of Governor Newscum.
I guess the following companies also cannot afford whatever Red believes is “sought after”

Some have left and some are making plans to leave:

Oracle, Hewlett Packard, Unical Aviation, Sendoso, HomeLight, Visio Solutions, Align Technology.

State Farm and Allstate pulled out.

Elon Musk closed and moved his Headquarters.

California has lost 11 Fortune 1000 companies in the last three years.

Some folks find burdensome liability and punitive regulations “sought after”. They love the high taxes. They adore the complicated legal framework and how restrictive it is.

Don’t get me going on the Governor of NY and the judiciary appointees.

Immigrants are people. They work and spend.

I'd tell you not to be an a$$ but I'm concerned you would stop breathing all together.
LOL.

I almost did when I lived in CA.

How about what happened to San Francisco, third time I asked? Too hard to answer?

Millions urazz!
