Well Bee! Cheers!! Let's hope your future and country now is brighter than Turdeau is leaving it.

How about what happened to San Francisco, third time I asked? Too hard to answer?
San Francisco, like most of the nicer places, got hit harder by COVID. Things are rebounding. I just read that crime there currently is the lowest it’s been in 20 years. I’d say it’s not the doom and gloom conservatives want it to be. If it was sunnier I’d consider moving to San Fran instead of L.A. It would be closer to my sister.

I do have a spare tent, should you need one. It is in great shape.

I’m good thanks. California boy most of my life; I know my way around pretty well. You can speak in your sensationalist angles all you want; my feet are firmly on the ground. The cities and counties of San Francisco and Ventura have rent control for seniors which is quite appealing, if one can put up with cloudy mornings almost every day.
By the way, I’m glad you still have a sense of humor.

In the 1800’s the earthquake which made the Mississippi River flow backwards, tipped the USA on its edge for a few minutes. Everyone who could not hang on, fell into California.

On a serious note, I get along better with Californians than New Yorkers.

Millions urazz!
Let's see. 2023 almost ONE MILLION

Another 818,000 from 22-23

725,000 in 2020

If I'm not mistaken that's MILLIONS. So yeah take your lack to simple google before spewing and place it with your hypocrisy where the sun don't shine.

I'd be willing to bet it's double that number replacing them by illegal immigrants.

This is what you said, “The liberal heaviness of covid lockdowns forced millions to flee.”

Nothing you’ve posted supports this in any way. My response stands.

Funny you say that. I grew up in Los Angeles, and a lot of my good friends are from the northeast. I get along with both :)
I get along with everyone, even you, sometimes.:firing:

There is a saying, “the further we go North, the colder the heart gets.”

One of my cycling buddies is from NY. We did a 70 mile group ride, with him flaking out, as he was fasting for a colonoscopy the next day. The guy would have killed himself as he was totally dehydrated. Called my wife to come get us with the pickup truck and he refused the ride. Finally I gave him no choice, dropped him off at home. Don’t think there was a thanks, but we are still good friends. Typical New Yorker.

Stopped counting how many houses we have done. Couple from NY relocated here. Only customer ever we had to remove stuff and give them a refund, so we can walk away from the job. It is two years later, the builder is still struggling with replacing stuff.
