Glad your okay. On another note, Macquires has this new buffling and polishing compoud out that you can use along with a buffer. Buffs out virtually any scratches. We did this to two of our Evo's and I was amazed on the outcome. As long as the scratches arent to deep, this stuff will fix your issue. Good luck.

almost makes me wanna cry  that sux man. hate to see er all scratched up like that. gotta be careful in grass, I pull it on wet grass when we go camping so i hear ya on slick grass, just go slow and easy on the brakes :laugh:at least it was in gravelgrass lol and not on the freeway

Really sorry to hear that, but thank God you're ok. Clean it up and, if you can, get her repaired. Or, maybe start customizing with a new paint job and some aftermarket exhaust cans?

Yeah that sucks man. Learned this one the hard way myself with a friends scooter one day racing around his yard while drinking. After that I learned not to use the front brake in wet grass.

Notice I didnt learn to not mix drinking and racing scooters around the yard though lol

Sorry to hear that, but glad you are ok. Dont worry about it man, just be glad it wasn't worst, its just couple of scratches, you will get to them later, for now just keep riding:thumbsup:

Really getting tired of the young and stupid thing. Going 5 mph pulling into a driveway what's stupid bout that? Ride a Ninja 250 and then switch to the busa notice the brakes are alot more powerful. When you can prove that someone is being stupid then you can comment on it. Sorry for the rant guys but, it gets on your nerves after awhile.

Grow some thick skin, geez. The guy never said you were stupid, he just asked your age and size.

Adds to your experience, I bet you learned from it! After all, it's just a motorcycle. At least you are walking! Now don't do that again!

Whats your age and size

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Started this thread cause saleman said I'm the youngest and smallest person he's ever seen to have a busa. I'm 22 and 5'3" 107 lbs

there wasnt a hope in h3ll you where going to save that one.... sorry to hear

Ya know, it really pays to be at least a 6 foot guy and around 200 lbs to handle the busa with both feet planted on the ground.

I could not imagine being 107 pounds and owning a 600 pound hayabusa.

Thats just plain suicide.

Sorry to hear dude, At least you didnt get hurt

In trekfuels defense experience and size mean allot with this bike. A 6' guy who weiighs 300+ can not only get his feet down but has a better chance with his weight and strength to hold the bike up when its falling.

True story. I'm 6'2" 200lbs and had to catch the bike in the driveway with my wife on the back HOLDING ON instead of stepping/rolling off. I had the bars turned and grabbed the front brake :banghead: some how and I never wanna try again I managed to hold the bike and my wife up off the ground.

At least nobody was hurt and I/we have a cool story to tell.

Very glad that you are alright! It'l buff out ... maybe .. some of it??

Save up some $$ and she'll be lean and mean soon. Are you going to file a claim?
