A buddy of mine rode a CB350 from south Texas to Northern California in the early 70s...damn near killed him! I always wanted the SL350. Loved View attachment 1578548the look.
very similar stables! I got an 07 14 to match my white 09 Busa, but no cruiser yet.Well posting these is giving away how old I am, LOL. Yes the first one is meant to be on there 3 times, not because I liked the bike so much because they were cheap and I rode them into the ground before selling them.

A couple of pics of an old oil burner / new update , in various stages of build / evolution . The first is being put together to with rear guard and chain guard to satisfy the anal retentive laws of the time . This bike 1100M '91 features a set of Marvics Magnesium Deltas 3.5" x 17" & 5.75" x 17", Yoshimura rearsets and stainless cyclone exhaust . L model full carbon tail section , Alcon 6 piston billet calipers and 320 iron rotors . Off set adjustable triples , aluminum top fairing bracket and zero gravity screen and lightech carbon mirrors . The swingarm is a Harris item , missing adjusters so using stockers . 520 chain conversion , but don't know if fitted then . Ugly indicators were replaced . The master cyl are Brembo .
The second pic is the same bike but earlier time , still with bottom offset triple , but top fixed with Yoshimura clamp . The tank is full carbon fibre , with 2 feed pingel for RS40 Mikuni . The mirrors were eventually replace with Magical Racing carbon , same as I run on Busa . This bike was refitted with Marvic Pentas magnesium 5 spoke in black , no carbon tank and was sold to my mate with 2 motors for it . One healthy stocker , and one wild build 1216cc kitted , extensively flowed head , valve springs , Webb cams , Carrillo rods , balanced crank , undercut gears , MRE lock up clutch and 40mm Mikunis . This was my old mates rebuilt motor from 1186cc 9.64 @ 146 mph motor . The black wheeled final build pictured elsewhere .View attachment 1578750

A Busa as a first bike . . . wow.Nothing... Absolutely nothing lol. 2 years ago at 35yr old I decided I wanted a bike and the busa was the only one in the shop that felt like it fit me.
