I noted my brake pads were getting down so ordered a new set of EBC HH sintered pads..should be here next week...

Then gave the bike a waxing.

Got a Sunday delivery , a TWM remote span adjuster for the RCS Brembo pump . Used in racing for 'on the run adjustment' to counter brake fade with extra lever travel . Of course , not needed by me for critical race adjustment , but another thing to play with on L2 !! View attachment 1599674

I got mine from Ebay UK, I paid $105 NZ for the front pads, both sides, and $44 NZ for rears. That includes postage UK to NZ, about 10 days it took.
Half the price the shops here want for the same pads. SMH.
They are the best brakes I've used apart from OEM genuine parts.

I am paying around the same for them here through Amazon...$141 Cdn for all three sets.

I like the feel of them and although there are more aggressive pads, these ones suit me just fine.

Today I rode to work on it. But my wife is out of town tonight so I hope to ride all night. Plan on putting the fairings back on, then opening it up.

I rode about 30 miles.
I changed the oil, filter, hit lube points, and cleaned/oiled the chain.
This was the second oil and filter change at 1300 miles. Now I will do it at longer intervals.
Then I cleaned and waxed it.

That new EK that replaced the ZZZ model. The ZVX3 is how its listed on all sites but EK . They dont' update their site often . My box said ZVX3 but they show a ZVX2 lol

So, can you squeeze out the filter without pulling fairings complete off? Ive never tried doing it that way, but have a new filter and oil waiting to go on after I install the pro shift star kit.

Yes, I just remove the fasteners on the right side and pull loose at the bottom. No stress on the plastic. I just don't separate at the top.

So some monkey fisted moron decided he wanted to change his front sprocket down to a 17 today and went ahead and snapped the speed sensor bolt in half. He ate his veggies today I guess. Anyone have the exact size. Gonna grab one locally. I’m guessing they are nothing special.

Even M5 x .8mm x 12mm can be a special bolt , extend your horizons beyond walmart ..... go for the details
Here is 2 ti by themselves and the rest aluminum , all M5 .

You can get away with 10mm length I think .
