What do you do for a living?

Another cop here... I'm a Deputy Sheriff in a rural Georgia county. I'm a shift Corporal right now but may be going into the training division soon at the level of Sergeant.

No busa yet but I'm going looking again tomorrow. Finally found a dealer close by with an honest $100 difference between 40th orange and standard colors and two 40th bikes in stock. I'm gonna go make 'em an offer tomorrow. If they bite I will be taking delivery soon. Don't give up on me yet!

I *WILL* own a busa dammit!!!

Database Administrator for county IT...I support two software systems/servers for the Treasurer and Commissioner's office.  Both are political offices, so my job involves lots of politics (and headaches!)...that means every 4 years, everything gets tossed up in the air (more headaches) and then I brace for the potential of someone being elected that can make my life as miserable as possible (migraine)...

Did I mention this is an election year?!

The question is what do I do for a living.
The answer is as little as absolutely possible. :tounge:

Currently I'm a Roadway characteristics Inventorier.
That means I get to drive even slower than our friend the bus driver.

I used to be a service advisor at a local dealership.
Before that I owned a computer service business.
I've raced cars for a living and volunteered as an EMT.

Oracle, congrats on the new job. Let me know if you'r ever going to be in CO, I've bought a new 60M last year and have not put near enough climbs on it. Actually, none this year

Maybe I can get some alpine routes in this winter.

And as for me, with my hobbies what do you think I am, a risk manager of course.
