Buffalo, being in a warm and dry climate, you don't have to worry about fogging like riders in most places. That's a luxury. If you ride in, say, Seattle in February, it's a different story. With the temp. in the 40's and humidity over 80%, if you lower your visor while stopped and then accidentally exhale before you are going at least 20 mph or so, your visor will totally fog. If that happens while you are letting the clutch out in first gear, you are blind until you get the clutch engaged and can get your left hand up to lift the visor again. It doesn't work. You have no choice there with a full-face helmet but to get the clutch engaged in first gear with the visor up, and then slap it down when you are moving. It's an easy adjustment to make in your standard riding procedure for cold weather.
