You all really want to know the Secret?  The Key to whether or not you find a lady perfect?  Dunk her in water!   Yup, get her wet, get all of the BS styling crud out of her hair, and loose all the makeup...  If she comes out looking better than before?  Your in there....

But I have seen some pretty horrible transformations from "Made Up" to fresh outta the shower. So yeah, see if they pass the dunk test!  

I have also seen a couple of remarkable fresh outta the shower improvements!  Friend of mine Jen always wore a cartload of foundation, used to make me think she must have just horrible skin.  Well she spent a weekend  and right outta the shower she was about 10X prettier than I had ever thought, and she had perfect, smooth skin, her reasoning for the makeup?  Freckles yup, a dusting of freckles across her nose and cheeks...  I finally (After about a Year) managed to convince her that she was a lot hotter without that entire BS on her face.  I convinced her that freckles were actually pretty sexy...
