Who Rode Today?

Far out, what a great deal!
I paid 7k with 74000kms on it 7 years ago lol.
Did it have a dirty fuel system when you got it? I mean, it must’ve been sitting a looooooong time over 17 years.

One of the first things replaced was the fuel pump,lines and got inside the tank relined. All new bearings,seals and gaskets was done prior to even riding it around the block. The previous owner owned it since new but didn't ride much due to being FIFO worker over in Perth.

I blindly paid the money but didn't have much confidence that it'll turn up but funnily enough arrived 4 days later.

The weather is not so great out there today...so no riding for me.

I did talk to my neighbor with the '21 S1kRR and he said he took his bike to be tuned last week (80 miles away) at a reputable tuner he said it is really working great...he had a full system and filter put on it before.

He is getting less and less pompous it seems, I think he is just used to having people kiss his butt and I definitely don't do that. I tell him like it is.

190 miles today . 97 degrees when arriving at home . Cold shower was the ticket.
I found a atv trail to run down a few miles next to the Grand parkway North of Houston.

Brazos River

This old fire truck was in the sign shop I assisted in part time 20 years ago . My sons as babies sat in it in the shop .
