Who Rode Today?

Great wee vid, good times!!
Ain’t it good having the option and capability of going off road?
RJ wouldn’t have liked all that dirt and debris lol.
Before my Gopro days RJ went off road in Arkansas on a ADV trail , and jumped a dirt mound @ a good clip. However I was running stock header ( to protect the sump ) After the Titanium full exhaust RJ never saw a curb climb or off rd event .

Rode my little putt-putt tonight.

Supposed to get hot and stormy here today so I got in an early ride this morning...

The temperature was around 70'F and the bike really loves this....

I had a couple interesting things happen on this ride, while riding along a large farm field a flock of geese were all trying to take off.......across the road.....I had to stop as some of them were lower than 4 feet off the road trying to gain altitude...an on-coming car stopped as well...when the flock of around a hundred or so cleared the driver of the other car and I pulled alongside each other and had a good laugh....she said "only in Canada does traffic stop when a flock of geese tries to take off "

A little while later I saw a bike coming up behind me when I came to a 4 way stop...we were the only two things on the road...the other bike was a new ZX6R and the rider stopped beside me and said "do you want to give it a go to the next concession?" I said "sure, when I honk my horn we go." I honked my horn and he took off like he was on fire, I could hear him banging through the gears....I didn't even move and then turned right towards home....I don't know when he figured out he was in a one bike race but I'll bet there for a little while he felt like "Jay Gleason."

I did not know he passed :( In my drag racing days my friends had compared me to him . I still hold the worlds fastest Stock motor / stock wheel base ZRX time 10.0304 @ 138.mph
I can see that...

Here's the word..

I got out for a bit of an early ride this morning before the crazy heat sets in....(over 100'F today and a poor air advisory due to the wild fires out west). The beastie was running in true form, perfectly as usual...

The river was perfectly calm with zero wind this morning...

BTW-I didn't see the old sign post until I got home and looked at the picture.....
