Me .. Me .. Me .. Me! I did
First ride since March. First ride since being allowed out again.
Took a while to get into the swing. Still a bit rusty.

Lots to catch up on this season.
Bike is running sooo strong after some work.
Threw the camera on after last fuel stop before the bendy stuff.
This is what I love about this bike. Can cover great distances with ease and still capable of being thrown around to a degree. Love it so much

New Brembo rear caliper has great feeling and control
Last outing in OEM red/silver colour. New fairings arrive this week after a 4 month wait

Good thing you got it running strong now cause your gonna lose some of that power when u take the red off of it:poke::laugh::laugh:. Great to see you out and finally able to ride:thumbsup:

Forget about the critters I figured @ROADTOAD1340 would know that it's bad luck to put your helmet on the ground :poke:. I was taught the only time u set it on the ground is off your in need of help and it's one of those few things that stuck for some reason:laugh::laugh:.
I am always risking bad luck Dopey , my AGV lid always wants to slide off the Busa tank , so I figure risking ants , centipedes , scorpians and spiders better , than dropping it .
I do a quick check around before I sit it down with my gloves tho bro .

I learned the hard way about not putting it on the tank or the seat as they've fallen off both and the passenger footpeg trick got me some melted rubber on my exhaust on my srad so I always put my helmet on the mirror and so far had no issues.

I'm lucky as I have no exhaust on the one side so it's a perfect roost for my hat.

Went for a spin on my friends 2020 Busa this afternoon,de-restricted,Moore Mafia tune,Brock's ti exhaust and Apex 6 wheels from c10:D
Impressed with how rock solid the Gen2 is and the effortless power curve,196mph today with stock gearing.(@ undisclosed location in Old Mexico).

....you forgot to add the word........yet.....

Hopefully it never does either...I don't take the chance.

On the coast hiway one day the wind was so fierce at a lookout that I held onto it. On cold days I point the shield towards the sun so my ears feel the warmth when I put it on. Just the reverse on warm days. A helmet with a hot interior feels awful to put on. Like c10 said, upside down if it’s on the grass. In any event it’s wise to look inside before putting it on. Mirror stalks seem to work but helmets weigh 3-4+ pounds and the smallish bolts are mounted in plastic. Seems like a tad too much stress to me to hang a helmet on.
