Very good pickup.. lolTires look boogered...like they Were liking those corners.
Still cold, and raining here, not the most fun to ride in.
Thanks for sharing a nice weather ride...I'm looking forward to those again soon.
Not for long,,,,,,,,melting fast.64? Thats like 17 celcius but you have snow!
I see you met a little friend along the way....Soooo, where did I ride today? Words barely describe it other than perfect weather, very little traffic and beautiful scenery looping in and out of the Park from 2,300’ to 7,000’. That’s the Merced river that runs thru the park. We have a family of crows that come to our yard every morning for breakfast....
Pretty cool....Yeah, a couple of them but the bigger one was a bully. They landed on a dirty snow pile near me so I shared a Snickers bar with them. The big one actually blocked and pushed the other one trying for a snack. See the feathers on this one?View attachment 1647122
Beautifully Superb :-)Got up to 7,852’ today crossing the Tamarack Ridge near China Peak above Huntington Lake and Shaver Lake for a nice 162 miles round trip. Managed 46 mpg. Shaver lake was really low. The dirt you see was completely covered the last time I saw it. Huntington lake had ice covering it. Beautiful day but 48 degrees up high. Like riding inside a refrigerator but with a view. Suppose flying these jets in a straight line, regardless of their speed, is…boring? Saw a few bikes including two novice Sportster riders with their legs splayed wide. I rode as far as possible on the north side of the lake until I hit ice so I turned around. The burn areas were awful, just thousands of dead trees sticking up out of the snow.View attachment 1647157View attachment 1647158View attachment 1647159View attachment 1647160View attachment 1647161View attachment 1647162View attachment 1647163View attachment 1647164View attachment 1647165View attachment 1647166View attachment 1647167View attachment 1647168View attachment 1647169View attachment 1647170View attachment 1647171View attachment 1647172View attachment 1647173View attachment 1647174View attachment 1647175View attachment 1647176View attachment 1647177
