hrmmm, don't get me wrong-- if you are SF awesome, but if you were, I don't think you'de be clapping yourself on the back for going thru airborne school-- it is relatively easy and is a PREREQ for all SF APPLICANTS...I race with a guy that was army special forces. Very cool guy. Would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it...So, now that I'm pals with Rob, I won't hold your choice of branch enlistment against you.Active Army Special Forces here....watch out jarheads, I'm not just the average grunt either ; )
AIRBORNE!!!!
Nah, I'm just kidding, dude. I never really have compared one branch to the other in terms of who's best. I'm proud to be a Marine, as you are proud to be a Ranger, but I've never gotten involved the "who's better" game. I guess, looking back on it, the urge was stronger when I was in the fleet, but not so much now. My boys are all typically a mixing pot of former military. Anyway, welcome to the board and Semper Fi!
I'm not bragging, I know its the easiest school, all you do is run and run some more, then learn to jump...thats just what we say in formation when we're doing a jump and are dismissed...chill out bro.hrmmm, don't get me wrong-- if you are SF awesome, but if you were, I don't think you'de be clapping yourself on the back for going thru airborne school-- it is relatively easy and is a PREREQ for all SF APPLICANTS...I race with a guy that was army special forces. Have u finished the SFQC? Have you completed SERE training? If so, the last thing you'd be BRAGGing (no pun intended) 'bout would be airborne school
SFAS and SFQC is some serious ####-- making warriors nearly as good as Detachment One Marines, who I may add, proudly wear the Raiders skull insignia.

Hes right though. And I love the BRAGGing reference! LOLdamn snake, little defensive there . did you lose some kind of combined exersize to another serviceman?
CAX...gotta love 'em. Except I get deathly air sick and never once did I get assigned to the ground element...always air...and always pukin' for most of the ride in and out...always green on my way out the hatch to lay the three sixty...I eventually learned to stow some antacid tablets to shovel in my mouth when I hit the ground to help get the puke taste outta my mouth.damn snake, little defensive there . did you lose some kind of combined exersize to another serviceman?
