screw the judges too... I was in court and the popo lied on the stand and the judge took the cops word over mine although I was a VERY credible witness during the case. In fact, if you look at character, I think I probably looked just as good if not better. (All I could think about after the trial was the rapor that the cop had with the judge and DA. You could tell they new each other well and trusted each other. Not fair!As you were the one who came so close to death, go swear out a traffic warrant. Go to court and let the judge know your feelings. There are somethings you can do on your own. I don't know why people think the police are here to put a scare into the people they have a problem with. And she won't be the only driver to cut you off if you keep riding.
Yea, I am on the rant.... but......
there are good cops out there and I have had a few GREAT experiences with the popo too. It is just amazing how a couple of bad experiences just leave a sour taste in your mouth and its hard to get over... These people are in positions of power and it is so easy for them to abuse their power and really screw over peoples lives! It doesn't matter to me all the great experiences I had because the one bad experience out weighed any good they ever did...
Just my opinion and I am not trying to prove anything to anyone... But when you coppers go to your court cases and deal with the public, try to make sure that you play within the lines even when they don't. When the cops don't play within the lines, that is when innocent people end up getting covicted of sh!t they didn't do! (I know you cops have probably seen questionable acts by your co-officers at one time or another...)
