Your 1 stop post for all the info...

yeah I figured the booth was just a way in, but if the mile high busa owners group has something like that already, well no need to do it 2x

Anyway, it was really more of a "I know they will answer the money phone" kinda call, so I got the sponsor info and then tossed in the group pricing

Very Important we establish a contact list of phone numbers and e-mail Addy's....
Send them to the bug using the links below my post! IF something should happen to the site we need to be able to stay in touch. Please send your info using this link. I will only use this in the unlikely event the Org is ..........

I am heading from NC out there... leaving on tuesday(aug 16) evening heading towards Conway AR then out from there.

KS, I'd suggest we use some mailer alias for this group. We can set one up at a place like topica.com for free I think or if someone with unlimited email capability wants to host the list they can do that too

I have a buncha numbers and stuff for the contact list, but we should all still send it to you as well

The list is a great idea and I'm going to check out the link you provided. Sounds like you have some hands on experience with this.... Interested in keeping one for the Org?

Sure, I dont mind that.... the other side is if we use Topica, folks can just subscribe to it if they want to.

less management for us

I've used them before and works out pretty good. I created a general list for hayabusa.org members, to subscribe simply email: hayabusa_org-subscribe@topica.com or visit http://lists.topica.com/lists/hayabusa_org

You guys/gals want a list just for this event as well? Kinda seperate from the main stuff?

I just signed up for it and emailed the link at Suzuki to let them know we are planning to make a showing out there. Maybe something cool will come of it, but at the very least briXXer has hooked us up with some tickets
