first sorry about your situation!and I don't have any advice other than what has been given too you. What I would like to say is know Your dealership before you buy because there are a lot of a--hole dealers. after I retired form the us army and moved back to the east coast 10 years ago I spent 2 years (no joke)talking to dealerships before I bought my FZ1. Most were buttholes who just wanted my money.I ended up at martinsburg motorsports, martinsburg WV.They did not want my money they wanted me as a customer for life. I have seen them turn down sales to 16 year olds who wanted to have a gsx 1000 as a first bike.The service did not end after the sale and am now on my 3rd bike from them. Also there are other board members who have bought from them that have had the same result.So the bottom line is get help finding a good dealer and keep every one posted about the bad ones! we need to look out for each other.I hope you get your money back and I hope the dealer sitting on your money reads this forum becuse what your doing is wrong its called stealing just my 2 cents---matt

2 years to pick which dealer you will buy a freakin bike from.
You sure you really wanted one?
I spoke to my dealer once, to tell him I wanted the 03 busa in his shop.
Then I spoke to him 4 years later, yesterday in fact, to get the price on an 08

Thats all the relationship I want or need.

BTW A deposit is required when the receiver will or could have added costs for the service. It makes no difference if its an RR, Katana or a Xerox copier, or house! If its a Dog who wants to have it on the floor gathering dust. Sorry Bro but that is why there are DEPOSITS! Oh I changed my mind
