2012 busa wont start when hot

Indian Busa riders have nerves of steel!
Checkout the close proximity to other vehicles and pedestrians . . WOW!
One road death every 4 minutes!
1.37 million road accident deaths in 2013 alone!!
It's a miracle more people aren't killed or injured!
Two wheelers account for 25% of all road deaths . . .

Hello everyone, i agree that we do not have much expertise here. However, i am left with no other options than to trust these mechanics as i have done all possible things to resolve this issue.

Todays update: The mechanic opened the lower portion of engine to check the bearings. As per his comments, the bearing coating is worn out which is causing the bike not to start when it is hot. Please find attached pictures and advise if these bearings are really worn out.

Yes you are right, my new clutch plates are fried. I didnt even ride the bike for 20kms. As per the mechanic the oil supply pipe is blocked and thats the reason oild is passing to clutch plates. Attached are clutch plates pictures.

Please can u suggest me any other possible issues where i should be focusing...so i can get it checked all at once. I would highly appreciate all suggestions.

Thank you all for your great support. I will keep you all updated till the problem is resolved.

I'm going to be as nice as I can here. You're in way over your head. Tell us where you're located and we will help you find a dealer. This mechanic has no better idea what he's talking about than the last one. None of what the pictures show is remotely connected to your original hot start issue.

I am currently in hyderabad (India). Unfortunately the mechanic i found is the best one here ;) . I have to bear him till the problem is resolved

There are at least 3 Suzuki dealers in Hyderabad that I found with a quick Google search. I don't know what makes you think that the mechanic you found is the best one there, since he can't tell the difference between wet and dry clutch. Either he's taking advantage of you, or we aren't getting the whole story.
At this point my advice is take it to one of the Suzuki dealers in your area. Good luck.

If there was a clogged oil line or passage as said, and it appears there was, then the whole engine needs rebuilt.
No way do you have bad main bearings, a baked clutch, and the cylinders/rings and valve train be ok.
That engine had to be making noise.
Maybe this mechanic does know more than he's been given credit for. Even though your description did not indicate the issue, he said the main bearings where likely bad, and they were. Which leads me to think that the engine was making noise and had other problems he recognized, not just hard starting when hot.
It looks like nobody changed the oil, until it started baking in and burning off, and now you need a total rebuild.

That whole not enough information thing......
Hot start wasn't the only problem!

I was having a similar starting issue, I eventually went with a 12 cranking amp battery instead of the 10 cranking amp. no hot start issue since.
I've never heard of a main crank bearing causing a start issue.

not to be a stickler for details here... but the motor is fully disassembled on a TILE floor... along with spilled oil everywhere on said floor.... is this the mechanics workplace aka "garage"?
