u act like a smart ass and ull get treated like one. so in ur mind the cop should be pleading with him to stop being a smart ass? lmao! what planet do you live on?
the little punk asked why he was being pulled over and the cop states "hes the deal" and before he could even explain it to him the little wiseass says "there is no deal".... so now the cop should say "oh please sir listen to what I have to say?" lol.... yea you keep dreaming thats ever gonna happen if ur lifetime or anyone elses.....
How did he act like a smart ass? At first all he asked was what was he being pulled over ? And was he doing anything wrong? And for that matter he said it very respectful, at least that's how it sounds thru my speakers. And answer he got was "the whole group of you & I'm taking your camera" . As far as the "here's the deal" comment, tell me who wouldn't get a lil defensive when someone straight out tells you that you are being automatically being held accountable because of what others were/are or doing/did? And if you are one to sit back and not say a word, then maybe you should pull up the big girl panties.
And I guess that the comment "Are you kidding me" when he was told he was being arrested for license plate obstruction was just cause for being slammed to the hood of the car?
So I guess what some ppl are saying is that if you ride with a group of bikes and someone/others in the group do something illegal it is ok for a cop to pull you over and automatically judge you guilty by association or stereotype you just because they can't catch them and it should be ok and you should just shut up and be a good lil boy?
As far as that goes, heII this kid even pulled over for the cop. Wasn't doing/saying anything out of line except asking legitimate questions as to why he was being stopped then about being arrested and look what it got him. Cause the way I see it if he was acting a ass like the rest why would he even stop when it would have been so easy to stay in a group and just roll on.
So I guess what some are saying is that the cop was frustrated/embarrassed with and by the true ass clowns in the group and couldn't catch them and they figured they may as well get what they can out of the ones who they can catch or are dumb enough to stop since they are guilty by association anyhow.
And if that is the case then what is the difference between this type of stereotyping and say an innocent cop getting shot/killed for pulling someone over for a simple traffic violation but the occupant in the car has been harassed/beaten/locked up before by a worthless cop for no reason but because he was stereotyped by the type of car/neighborhood he is in or someone he was seen with at sometime? Sorta the same thing isn't it? Guess that should mean if you get burnt by one dirty/crooked cop then all should be held responsible and treated the same. At least that's the way it seems like one side of the fence wants to use it but it is wrong to use the same philosophy the other way around.
I guess it just breaks down like this :
Sportbike riders= always assume ALL are disrespectful and break the law and deserve to be treated as such.
Law Enforcement = always assume they are 100% honest and will follow the law accordingly and if you happen to run into a dirty/corrupt one or just a egotistical ass that thinks the badge makes him god ole mighty then "Oh Well" too bad, so sad, sorry about your luck, "Deal with it" .
