Awning collapsed on my K8 from weight of snow!

We tried to figure a way of getting it in his house... not happening. I couldn't get mine into my house either ( without a ton of help going down stairs )... not designed for motorcycle storage.

Somebody could have or should have called me....I have enough room in my shed for another bike:poke:???:poke:???

Yeah I tried to get her in the house last summer but my house is 60 years old and doorway is only 28in into a small kitchen where i would lovingly keep her. I finally got her dug out today as best i could and seems to be no damage other then loose mirrors. I have the aftermarkets on there. Looks like awning collapsed and just dumped a ton of snow and didn't hit her. Calling for 6-10 inches tomorrow night and another 12 this weekend. Great!:poke:

Anyway to do a "make shift" lean to for now. Maybe a tarp attached to the house and anchored with some rocks or bricks. Poor Busa!!!

Weather update buddy...12 to 18 more inches starting tomorrow evening. :banghead:

Winters suck in the northeast. I'm glad i don't live there anymore. May be time to invest in a shed for storage for next year

You guys that are having problems with the snow and the crappy weather that keeps you guys from riding you should all become snow bunnies and move down here during the bad parts of the year. We have good riding weather year round. The only real bad part of the year is during the summer.
