Blue Gauges completed. Bye stock orange

For me it was like $35. $14 for the lights off ebay and $20 for the guy at tv repair shop that helped me. If I had to do it again I would still use the tv repair guy, but the leds are cheaper if u search blue smd lights on ebay. Only $5.95 with fre shipping.

Ok cool, thanks!! How many of those lights do you have to buy?

you know what, if our busas came with blue gauges, someone would have modified theirs to be orange, we're never satisfied.

I will be honest with ya people, I defiantly will not have a television repair man mess with my busa.

I understand what u mean but its not that bad. I took the guages out myself. Then took them apart and took out the circuit board, so the only thing the repair man is touching is the circuit board. Thats something that he see's on a daily basis so I felt comfortable leaving it in his hands. Tv's are far more advanved then our lil gauges.

Yeah I was shocked no one else did either. Heck I didnt even see it at first. There was a kid in the background whom I am helping buy a bike and he asked if all motorcycles ran hot like that

Dumb question, but how is that done?

The manual gives a walk through on it. Going from memory, u press the adjust button turn the ignition on. Hold the adjust button for 3-5 sec then release and press it again. That should set all the needles back to zero. Again im going off memory so I might have missed a step.
