Never dealt with them, but I wouldn't be so quick to bash them.
I know that having a tracking number means nothing until the shipping company actually picks up the item.
And if an item isn't processed in time and misses the pick-up then it'll sit until the next day or a couple of days if it misses a Friday pick-up.
Or maybe shipping company initially refused the item because the shipper (Chrome Pros Plating) didn't have all the proper documents prepared to clear Customs?
Could it be possible that it's held up in Customs?
High Value Entries (HVS) for commodities valued at $1,600.00 or more must be released through a more formal process (paperwork), and this could result in delays.
I'm sure there's a reason for the delay and them hanging up on you doesn't help matters, but some folks aren't big enough to admit they screwed up.
