Well to updat everyone got a answer from the credit union, and a good one at that! However the dealer just wasnt moving where i wanted it to be, after a week of back and forth i pulled my deposit and walked on it today, hated to see that one slip through but being it will be a "toy" i want to pay what i want and get what i want and we just couldnt get there.

Looked at a 02 camaro ss convertible tonight, little over priced and been on they're lot since early april, i made a pretty low ball offer on it and was told by the sales guy he was good with it but he would have to check with the boss on monday. We'll see im not desperate so im doing some looking, haggling and seeing what i can come up with, if i dont find what i want i'll just hold off till i do!

man they must be selling a ton of cars unless your offer is just WAY off base for them to let you walk on a car with essentially cash in hand. Maybe the SS will work out for ya

I essentially walked over 900 bucks off the sticker
