Engineers, doctors, lawyers, and politicians.

Auto painter-bodyman loser for 20 something years ,a good living but you have to look like a slob 70% of the day in grubby work clothes. Have alot of respect for the guy who can a good honest living and not have to get hands dirty doing it .

I am a Mechanical Engineer. I design and build CNC machines. Most machinists will know of our product in Chatsworth, CA. The company I work for is Fadal. My work has its perks, like always having a CNC machine and machinist to make handy-dandy parts. Last product was rear/front wheel stand. All I have left to do is paint it the beautiful color Copper. Obviously.

Semi-professional motorcycle drag racer.Owner of Team BDE Suzuki and Brock
Davidson Enterprises

Team BDE- I was officially the first motorcycle drag racer to sign a contract with
American Suzuki and Yoshimura. In 1999, I bit off more than I could chew and participated in 600 ss, 750 Pro Superbike (national record holder for mph) and Unlimited Streetbike Shootout(#3 plate holder) all in AMA/Prostar competition.I personally build all of my own engines. I also tuned/maintained the 600ss machines of Ryan Schnitz and Dustin Clark. Team BDE has no employees. WE do have the worlds greatest all volunteer crew and fantastic sponsors. I have drag raced motorcycles for 20 years(motocross before that).

BDE specializes in developing/manufacturing components to correct problems or increase
performance on the street and at the strip. I do not sell retail(I can't set the phone down as it is!). My parts are distributed by Schnitz Racing, Orient Express, Nitrous Express, Sudco and several others under their own name.

I have an associates degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and Electronic
Engineering Technology( so that I would not bad-mouth electronics out of ignorance!)
I worked as a Mechanical Designer in the special machine industry (specializing in leak and flow testing) for 13 years.Additionally, I write a column entitled
"Brocks Way" for Motorcycle Performance Magazine.

Sherm, the handle "Mr Bear" was given to me by a Polish coach I was living with in Georgia prior to the Atlanta Olympics. He said I was like a bear, mostly eating, sleeping, and scratching myself. He agreed that sometimes I trained too.

I was a runner in college, anything from 1500 meters through the marathon. I'm 6' 1" 175, big for a distance guy, but managed 4:06 for 1500, 33:14 for 10,000, and 2:37:15 for the marathon in three years. I was at an NAIA school, and got forced into racewalking by the head coach of the track team.

I made All-American 6 months after starting in the walks, 3rd at NAIA Nationals in 1987. I made the Oly. Trials in 1988 and missed the trip to Seoul by one spot. I made the teams and competed in Barcelona in 92 and Atlanta in 96 in the 50 kilometer walk...31 miles. Other high points; I won my event at the 100th running of the Penn Relays, won a gold medal at the U.S. Olympic Festival in 1995, was a 3-time national champion, and set 6 U.S. records.

I hung it up a couple years ago, I just run for fitness now. I don't want to gain weight because I like to ride.

Kawabuser, first bar has to be Japan - apologies but although looking to my retirement I will still be a money grabbing capitalist. Anyone had experience of drinking in Tokyo ?? Try and believe this, people pay $10 for a class of beer (not even a pint glass !!) that has 1" of foam on top, and they think it is normal !!! My bar will be closer to the British style, I'll make a fortune and open up bars in other far off lands later.

Mr. Bear, out of curiosity what were your track and field events? With a handle like Mr Bear it doesn't sound like the 10000 meters. You must have been pretty good.

I am a District Sales Manager for Parts Canada (sister company to Parts Unlimited - one of the largest Motorsports Aftermarket Distributors)

Well, if we're gonna tell our lifestories here's mine. Was a certified bodyman and painter but stuck mainly to airbrushing and painting. Spent 6 years building high performance vehicles, mostly 4x4's and mud boggers. Started drag racing with my ZX-11 a year ago and this year will be using my ZX-11 in Suberbike class and the Busa in street class and dealers challenge. Won the wheely king title 2 years ago. A modelling agency saw me and bugged me for a year to quit what I was doing and start working for them. So thats what I do now. I work about 2 days a week and the rest of my time is spent buying and selling bike parts on the internet and building my project vehicles.

I liked Argentina. The people are educated, the girls are friendly AND beautiful, the food is good, the weather is nice, yeah......I think that's it!!
