Flashing the 08 / ECU Editing software for GEN II Busas

Spoke to Rick today, last night after we flashed it, he ran 6th gear up to 12,800 RPM indicated, so its a workin :)

Greg,

How much for the full setup (plug in and flash)...?

Let us know when these are ready to ship for the Gen-II... ;)

Thanks.... :beerchug:

tonight I am going to start putting some more together, got a pretty extensive list of folks wanting them, I have parts here to build about 20 setups, going to get more stuff ordered up now that I know it all works etc.

okay cool guys :) At the moment there will have to be an understanding that Petrik is still working on the software, well he is almost always working on it making things better or making new features possible. There will be more features to be added in the near future I am sure, hardware wise nothing will change, just the actual software which will begin to unlock more features I am sure. Also remember, Petrik is kind enough to provide it to us for no charge what so ever, so try and remember that while waiting patiently for new features :)

there will be someone else helping develop, troubleshoot, and write some of the software....

all right guys I am trying as hard as I can LOL, got 5 setups done, not done with directions yet still working on those. Damn hate having a day time job sometimes.

New flashed ECU with soft limiter removed and hard limiter set to 11,800 worked like charm. The Gen II seems to rev up to 11,300 (12k indicated on the tachometer) with no problems, and the head doesn't seem to run out of flow. As you can see, the rpm is climing in a straight line right to 11.3krpm indicating that power is pretty constant over 8krpm. Obviously the longer you can pull in a lower gear, the more torque you can put down on the rear tire. Bike ran 8.81 to 8.85 all day yesterday in crap air. Again, thanks guys.

Black is RPM
Red is Throttle position
Purple is A/F ratio
Orange is map switch activation
