For gun lovers!

It's always tough to decide which guns to take with me when I go shooting.

Ruger P89DC (9mm). Great gun for teaching people to shoot and there are always a couple of people at the range needing some instruction.

Sig 220 (45ACP). Love that pistol. Had it ported and double sprung and it shoots easy now, more like a 9mm or a .40

Ruger GP100 Stainless. Great wheel gun. Did some handloads for it in .38 that does same-hole shooting at standard 25 foot targets. At least, when the wiff shoots it!

Dang awesome. I pity the fool who ever breaks into our house when she's home and armed with that puppy.

Winchester Model 94. (30-30) Great short-range rifle. Just flat out fun to shoot.

SKS, Chinese. Another FUN gun to shoot. Highly accurate, even with the stock iron sights. Never really encountered a gun like this before!

Ruger Super Blackhawk (.44 Magnum) As accurate as any rifle. Put Pachmayr grips on it and you can shoot it all day.

Ruger M77 (30-06). Packs a wallop. For Christmas one year, my wife got me the special edition stainless with the grey zebra stock. Very nice look! Put a nice Leupold scope on it and love shooting that puppy.

A couple of other guns are a lot of fun. A lot of times, a gun is a lot more enjoyable if it's been worked over a little by a talented gunsmith.

What makes shooting REALLY fun for me is loading my own ammo. If I want wadcutters, it's a lot of fun to watch the paper targets get little holes in them! If I want super power, I can load heavy or if I want some loads for the kids in a big gun, I can do that too. But best of all is loading for accuracy. It's a great way to do a little science, learn about ballistics, etc. etc.

One of those things that has a great instant reward. Guns are fun!

You may need to borrow your bike trailer to take your guns to the range Lou!

I've never really been interested in the M4, AR15, M16, etc. type rifles. Are they a lot of fun to shoot? And how expensive...?

Oooh. Forgot about the Makarov. Great little gun!

HK's ROCK! I'd like to have that HK91 i think? It was on that "Bank Of America" shooting sometime ago. When those two guys robbed that bank, with AK47's with armor peircing rounds and 75 round drum mags. They were ARMED TO THE TEETH! I'd like to have the guns that they had, i think one ended his own life and the cops killed the other one.

Anyone remember this but me? They made a movie about it called 44minutes.
