Happened here in CA(motogp08 @ Apr. 07 2007,19:31)HK's ROCK! I'd like to have that HK91 i think? It was on that "Bank Of America" shooting sometime ago. When those two guys robbed that bank, with AK47's with armor peircing rounds and 75 round drum mags. They were ARMED TO THE TEETH! I'd like to have the guns that they had, i think one ended his own life and the cops killed the other one.(cool chris @ Apr. 07 2007,19:27) I WOULD HAVE TO SAY HANDGUN.....GLOCK 27 .40 CAL
SHOTGUN THE REMINGTON 11-87 POLICE SEMI-AUTO
AND MY RIFLE GOTTA GO WITH MY HK-97 .308 JUST INCASE THEY TRY TO GET AWAY!! 1/2 A MILE WITH NO SCOPE!!
Anyone remember this but me? They made a movie about it called 44minutes.

Yeah, it was kinda stupid they didn't have firePOWER to BEGIN WITH!(BA BUSA @ Apr. 07 2007,19:46) The LAPD had to go to the local gun shops to get some fire POWER to stop them
They asked the guy what he had in "inventory" too didn't they? I think they asked what kind of guns he had that they couldn't see.

That was one of my favorite shootouts, "and by that mean i watch the show on history channel (shootout)." I've always been fascinated by that shootout. "Most action i guess!
Speaking of shootouts, you should see some of the one's they've got on youtube! In this one a cop pull's up along an SUV that he got a call about i guess, and the @$$hole spray's him down with a sub-machingun!!!!
They use to only carry 9mm and some of the old timers could carry .38's and .45's...plus shot guns.(motogp08 @ Apr. 07 2007,19:52)Didn't before the shootout the cops couldn't carry assault rifles, and AFTER they passed a bill where they could?(BA BUSA @ Apr. 07 2007,19:51) LAPD had to change their weapons and tactics after that shoot out
After that they had to have rifles on patrol too...not everybody...just so many per shift available.
