Gen 3 Latest report ..

If they can do it so can gen 3 lol... bags and all!

The Gen 3 isn’t a bagger. I would’ve liked to race these boys with my 82 CBX bagger though. :firing:

on that honda and Hayabusa times and speeds, I know the proof is in the video, but I'm still not believing it's true!! If it is, not only is that honda faster, it is much more on the suspension. on the isle of man TT, that's how honda was winning those races by maneuverability and a superior suspension, not so much speed or quickness. If I remember right, John McGuiness's bike was doing about 155hp compared to 180 or more on other bikes.

He said his head and heart say busa but his back says h2 sx ....too funny ! Get a gel seat lowered pegs and heli bars then see what you think...
The H2 SXSE is not really in the same category as a Hayabusa...it is a dedicated sports tourer as depicted by the fact it comes from the factory with hard bags.

Comparing the two is like comparing a Concours with a ZX14R..

A lot of riders on a lot of different machines can hang on the track, not just the 600 crowd.

I don't know the HS and Busa are probably fighting for the same buyers (not all of them but a good chunk anyway). The HS is a touring bike that is a capable hyper-bike and the Suzuki is a sportbike that is a capable hyper-bike. Sort of 2 takes on a similar goal. Personally, I think available bags would widen the Busa market. I think RJ is the only real successful adaptation of bags to the Busa so far. Would be nice to ride to a destination, leave the bags in the hotel, and hoon it up a bit!

I have the Givi trio, but a 46l top bag, and two 20l saddles aren't the biggest, or best. I'm adapting a pair of older NR saddles over the givi saddle brackets. That'll give me twice the loading, almost. Much better, and yes be able to leave them in the room and go romping about !.

All the new liter bikes are monsters.....power to weight ratio is hard to beat...they all have more power and less weight than a Hayabusa even though it's torque figures are much higher, the liter bikes get to speed so quickly it's too hard to catch them.

That being said, I certainly wouldn't want to daily ride a liter bike.
i disagree my k9 litre was far more practical daily rider than the busa

depend on riders size, i now a 5'7" rider who said he found the K5 suzook litre bike more comfortable to ride than Gen1
I suppose, the Hayabusa attracts many liter bike owners who want a bike that's roomier so it's interesting to hear a liter bike owner say it's a better daily driver than a Hayabusa.

I rode a few liter bikes and personally would not to daily ride them especially on a 2 way hiway as any oncoming pickup truck blows them all over the road...

If both are completely stock, I’ve found the L7 far comfier than a Busa but couldn’t live with either positions on a day to day basis.

At 6'3 250lbs Ive owned both 07 gsxr 1000 and 04 zx-10r I felt and looked like a bear on a tricycle they were fun but busa is more at home for me ... now if I was shorter and 50lbs lighter maybe that would change my mind and I also ride 2up alot so the busa feels more solid and stable at high speeds was sketchy with a chick on the back on liters also the roads in florida suck and the busa eats that up like a Cadillac...
