Im in lawenforcement and can honestly say its a good thing I wasnt the one to catch you. Why people think they can run and get away is beyond me, dont get me wrong, we are forced to let alot go due to the danger to the public. I dont know what state your in, but if its like anything like NC you can kiss your license goodby, just the charge of fleeing to evade a lawenforcement officer is about 5 points. I dont know what all your charges are but I would have hit you with everything i could, careless and reckless driving, speeding to illlude lawenforcement, and endangerment for the passenger. And the thing that really bugs me is that you probally blame the officer, every body always does. But you alone are accountable for your actions. I know im new to this board but I cant say it enough to every one on this board, DO NOT RUN from the police. Most officers are also fellow riders and 9 times out of 10 will let you go with only a warning, regardless of the violation. I know this for a fact because I do just that all the time.
