It's actually safer than it sounds (I know, tell that to the cop). There's about a mile long stretch of 4-lane with one side entrance about half way that I hit every morning on the way to work. It's street race heaven on the weekends...

Well i have just done a GPS reading on my GEN2 busa and the results ALL STOCK with only a TRE installed is this.....

And as for the comment about cops on busas.......
Wake up fella, its not so much the fact that they can catch people as it is the fact that its a COP on a STREETBIKE.
It improves the public image so ignorant people like yourself can get on the roads and MAYBE ride safely.

I'm in Southern Ontario,near London. As far as I know the new racing law only applies in Ontario.50km over..bye licence & impounded vehicle. Sucks ! I really like to pass, and I usually break that 50km law every time I do!
