Down 1 time, my fault. Drag Racing, I went to turn off of the strip onto the return road. I had lowered the bike a bit more than normal. I leaned it over and the side stand mount hit the pavement levering the tire off the ground enough to cause a lowside.
People may define fault as a black and white line. However there are many times when the fault is on one party, but the other part contributed many factors that resulted in an accident. Even though they were not “at fault†it is entirely possible (or even probable) if they had not contributed their factors and accident would not have happened.
