...hoping for an autonomous zone to open up where it can easily be taken over. Why not? The United States is giving away its land and recognizing it as an independent countries now.
Is it just me or is the George Floyd murder quickly fading into obscurity amidst all the destruction, violence and insanity? I'm serious, that murder trial is important but it's second page news now. I hardly think about it with everything else going on.

I guess a lot of people disagree with you. Best ratings and watch by more people than those CNN clowns.
These acts are cops saying we are not going to whatever we want. These elements have been in law enforcement since day one and it is a part of the culture.
I would think common sense would dictate for them to keep a low profile during this turbulent time...

I don't know about the rest of the world but if I fight with police officers, take a taser and run away with it, I fully expect to get my ass shot.
Turbulent times are exactly when cops should be keeping a high profile. What a sad state of affairs. Did you see the woman get decked by a cop after she punched his partner two times in the face. That's what happens when you assault the police. There again, I would have expected to stand a good chance of getting shot if I pulled a stunt like that.
You expecting it doesn’t make it right. There’s no reason to be gentle with someone who’s fleeing or fighting but deadly force? No. Courts are supposed to decide a suspect’s fate (after) he’s convicted. If he makes it to court that is. There are non lethal means with which to overcome and ‘capture’ a suspected criminal. From the beginning these cops erred in allowing him to drive away and park his car. Didn’t they have suspicion that he was DUI? If he had taken off or crashed, who would share greatly in that responsibility?

Part of the cops frustrations are the revolving door legal system. George Floyd for example. Career criminal. Should have stayed in prison for the home invasion at gunpoint. They feel like they are wasting their time when the spend years seeing the same scumbags.
Does not make killing them right. Cops do have some issues. As our banned friend Brett used to say. All cops are on steroids to try and keep that edge. He was a big supporter of high doses of Testosrerone. That has been shown to cause some anger issues. Coupled with bad guys. It's a volatile mix.

Make laws, hire operators do carry out orders, mission complete with minimal casualties. If the poop still goes south, light up the sky. At that point voices will be heard through their silence. As an operator, I was trained to asses threat level, mitigate damage and remove the threat, as I’m sure many of you were. Let peace be the answer, let peace prevail and good come from this. Or bring in the operators to clean up the mess.
That’s what this whole thing has become. A mess. Voices want to be heard, freedoms and rights need to equal across all fronts, equal ....let that sink in. Reform needs to be emplaced. Accepting the past and learning and striving for a better future need to be in effect. Or, let us sweep up the mess. It won’t be pretty, many will get hurt or worse as we have no filter, just on and off Take the politics out and put people first.
