I'm quitting

Can I get reimbursement for quitting tobacco use?
Yes, **** will reimburse up to $250 for tobacco cessation. The forms for reimbursement can be obtained through Corporate Forms, MED00002, (Tobacco Cessation), from fax on demand (1-888-870-6480) or call Health on Track at 1-888-***-****, option 7.  Return the form with receipts attached at the three-month interval and 6 month interval from your quit date. You can use any method of therapy that is supervised by a qualified health professional. This can be nicotine replacement patches, Zyban prescription, hypnosis, acupuncture, or any type of tobacco cessation class. The receipts must be attached when you turn in the form.

Here it is.

Money to "Quit" should NOT be an object, seeing how much you have already spent to smoke.....

Good luck Sam.
I quit earlier this year for a bit, but started back up.

Good luck. I quit in October after 13 years of it. It feels good to have to remember that I used to smoke. Sometime I actually forget that I used to smoke. Short term memory loss..not from cigarettes...

Thanks fellas.  My biggest problem I see for me is that I smoke out of boredom.  Working on the RR is extrememly boring at times so instead of eating, I smoke.  I've got some incentive though.  The wifey told me that if I go smoke free for 1 year, I can start looking for a stablemate for the Busa.  Once I start looking to buy it usually takes me about a year to actually pull the trigger.  So figure 2 years from now, I'll be a proud owner of 2 bikes.

We get a discount on our health insurance premiums that amounts to about $650 per year for me. That will buy a couple of sets of tires
