Information about Don's Accident

Thanks Doug for the info...it does not help with the loss of my friend. It does help to explain
how and why he went off the road. It's one thing to have no respect for your own life, but
to cause the death of another person's life...and one with SO much life left to give and enjoy
with others...sad so sad :(

yeah pretty much with those above, gonna bite my lip. And never saw Don loosing control without some outside influence. I just hope they have stiff penalties for what they are charging that guy with there and once he's in jail, someone looses the paperwork so he can rot.

In some ways it was easier to handle the deer story than to know this

Once again....my condolences to the family. This burden you must have felt for the last few days, knowing what you knew. Or maybe didn't know.... is astounding.
I take it this man was not properly charged until yesterday or today. So if you did know prior.... I can only imagine what you must have been feeling. Again, I am just very sorry.

Hats off to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office investigators for their investigation, and for bringing some closure to this for you.

RIP DON

Very well said, im still at a loss for word's at this point!

Those details will come out in time...

Nothing will bring back our friend at this point, just hope that someone tried to
help...or will learn from this to look out for the safety of others.

From what I have read about Don, I too didn't understand the way the accident happened. This answers a lot of questions that were lingering. My prayers go out to the famlies of all individuals involved.

RIP Don

Okay, maybe it's a combination of where I am, what I am doing, the fact that I cannot be with my friends and family or maybe I am just angry - but here's how I see it. God called on Don, now he is at peace with eternally sticky tires and an endless, ever changing Dragon's tail; Don, you were called to God, may you never again see the same curve twice.

Prayers to his family and loved ones....

What was don's org name?

Sorry to read this i hate when something like this happens.

so sad and even more senseless that I thought it was before...

Maybe someone will get to speak at his sentencing so he can learn what a beloved and wonderful man he took from us all...

Could have been any of us....no one would be expecting something like that in the middle of the road.... RIP Don....

Truly sad. Prayers from my family to everyone affected by this. I was truly shocked when I first read about what happened. I too couldn't believe he just lost control.

RIP Don.

As for the other driver…..I can only hope that karma returns the pain he has caused back on him 10 fold. There is no excuse for what he did.

I can't even type a response at the moment. God bless Don's family & friends.. I'm off for a ride.
