Information about Don's Accident

More prayers and thoughts for the family/friends as it appears that this tragedy will be dragged out a while longer.

Although I didn't know Don presonally, His smiling face will forever be etched into my mind, along with the thought that, indeed, "every day is a gift". Thanks Don

Worst part of this is the fact that Don would have been the first person to offer help to this guy. Senseless. I am done for now before I get banned also

Sad, tragic, needless loss of a good person. R.I.P.

Senseless.

Wonder if there is any way we can make a "victims impact statement" from all of us at the Org, for the judge to read.
It has sure caused a lot of trauma on here for a lot of us.
Just Wondering.

Wish I didn't read this. Never met him but that just sucks...really really sucks. People just suck sometimes. That low life drunk. I hate drunks. I feel terrible for the family of victim. So sorry to hear that. I can't believe that the fighting family didn't call the cops on the drunk. Could have saved a life.

Perhaps one statement signed by many people.

Very revealing. Pieces of an inconceivable puzzle falling together.

Further speechless.

RIP, brother Don. Peace to your family near and far. :(

Thank you for the information, Cap. May Don's family know that our hearts and souls are with you in this tragic time. Rest in Peace, Dear Don.

i donot know what to say.. i been working out of town past few weeks and hear this today. when i got back.. Don was a good friend we rode a few time around suches and around town.. all ways talk to him at night fall on fridays .. i just cannot believe this is happen.

OMG, what can I say.... soo terrible.

I sincerely hope that NONE of the witnesses back out and they all testify in court to ensure justice. Personally, I think he should be in prison for a minimum of 30yrs if not his entire life, but I don't really know the law. Drunk or not, its definitely manslaughter in my eyes.

I don't know if Don's family knows the pedestrian's family, so I won't say any more on that.

We will all miss you Don.
